The Dr. Alfonza L. Carter Student Athlete Scholarship
Applicants must meet the following criteria in order to be eligible for the Dr. Alfonza L. Carter Student Athlete Scholarship:
1. The student athlete must be a rising junior or senior at Shaw University
2. The student athlete must be eligible to compete
A one-time $1,000 scholarship will be awarded to the recipients of this scholarship ($500 for the Fall semester, $500 for the Spring semester).
